Donte L. Rhodes was born and raised in Glassboro, New Jersey, City of the Bulldogs. At the age of 16, he began rapping and producing music. Since then he has been very involved in pursuing his musical dream. He began early in his career with a group called M.O.E. which called Sicklerville N.J. their home. They performed shows, recorded music and sold several mix tapes. They stayed together for a good amount of time until Cannon decided he needed to broaden his musical and lyrical skills. Later in the grind, he began a group of his own, and called them The Good Fellas. This was a close knit group of good friends and favorite local artist from the Gloucester County N.J. area. They also performed shows, recorded albums and released a few mix tapes. Young Cannon began to shine as a part of this tight group on the heals of songs like “Do your Job Hater” and “The Death Of Donte”. For the past six years, Cannon’s motto of hard work and dedication has been his motivation to one day be a signed artist. Now his time has come, and Young Cannnon wants to show the world what he can do!
